Which devices work with LapperSnapper?

Last updated 8 days ago

LapperSnapper treats four device families as first-class sources. Every one of them feeds the same analysis engine.

Supported sources

  • AiM MyChron 5 / 5S / 6 — connect your phone straight to the logger's Wi-Fi and download sessions, including engine channels like RPM and temperatures. See Download sessions from your MyChron over Wi-Fi.
  • RaceBox (Mini, Mini S, Micro) — connects live over Bluetooth for high-rate GPS recording, or import its files afterwards. See Record with a RaceBox.
  • GoPro — cameras that record GPS telemetry. Import the video file and you get laps plus footage with a telemetry overlay. See Import GoPro video with GPS telemetry.
  • Phone GPS — no hardware at all. See Record your first session with just your phone.

File types you can import

From the Import tab, choose a file:

  • .xrk — MyChron / AiM session files
  • .ubx — RaceBox recordings
  • .csv — phone GPS logs
  • .mp4 / .mov — GoPro video with GPS telemetry

LapperSnapper is independent and unaffiliated with any hardware maker — your existing gear just works.
