What a coach can and can't see about a linked driver

Once a driver claims their profile, coaches gain real visibility into their session history — but it isn't entirely one-way, and some things stay off-limits.
What coaches can see
- Every session tagged to the driver, past and future, for as long as they're on the team.
- The driver's racing info, contact details, and any CRM fields staff filled in, before or after claiming.
What stays private to coaches
Anything logged in the driver's Notes tab is staff-only. A claimed driver never sees notes written about them — not in the app, and not in any export.
What you can't do
- Hide individual sessions from coaches. Visibility is all-or-nothing once a profile is claimed — there's no per-session or per-driver privacy setting.
- Change the sharing policy for just one driver. It's set at the team level and applies the same way to everyone on the roster.
