The driver profile screen: Sessions, Details, and Notes tabs

Every driver on your roster has a profile screen — it's where you'll do most day-to-day roster management, whether that driver is claimed or not.

The header

Kart number and class sit at the top, so you can identify a driver at a glance before opening anything else.

Sessions tab

Every session tagged to this driver, in order — the same history the driver sees themselves once their profile is claimed.

Details tab

• Racing info, contact details, and guardian and emergency contact — the CRM fields staff can fill in for an unclaimed profile.
• Claim controls: generate a claim code to invite the driver to link their own account, or revoke a code you've already generated if plans change.

Notes tab

Free-text notes for staff only — never visible to the driver, even after they claim their profile. Use it for coaching reminders or anything you want to remember without it becoming part of their shared history.
