Adding a driver to your roster
Last updated Sep 25, 2026
Most drivers on your roster start as an unclaimed profile — nothing more than a name you enter yourself. No invite, no email, and no consent needed from the driver to get going.
Create the profile
- On the Drivers tab, tap + and choose Add driver.
- Enter the Driver name and tap Save.
The owner and coaches can do this; mechanics can't. You can also create a driver on the spot while tagging sessions — choose + New driver from the driver list.
What you can fill in, with zero involvement from the driver
Open the driver's profile, go to the Details tab and tap the pencil (Edit) to add as much or as little as you know:
- Racing — kart number, race class, transponder, license number and issuing body
- Contact — the driver's email and phone
- Guardian and Emergency contact details
- Personal — date of birth and nationality
Private staff notes about the driver go on the profile's Notes tab, which saves as you type. While a profile is unclaimed you can also set the driver's photo from the top of the profile.
Everything you attribute to an unclaimed profile — sessions, notes, contact details — belongs to the team, and the driver has no idea any of it exists until you tell them. When you're ready to give them their own access, see Inviting a driver to claim their profile. How many drivers you can add depends on your plan — see Understanding your team's driver and staff limits.
