Cancel your subscription or request a refund

Subscriptions are managed by your app store, not inside LapperSnapper — that's also why we never see your card.
Cancel on iPhone
- Open Settings on your phone (the system one, not the app).
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose LapperSnapper Pro and tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancel on Android
- Open Google Play and tap your profile icon.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Choose LapperSnapper Pro and tap Cancel subscription.
What happens after you cancel
- You keep Pro until the period you've paid for ends — cancelling stops the next charge, it doesn't cut off access today.
- After it ends, you drop to Free. Nothing is deleted: your recent sessions keep working, older history waits behind the paywall, and your cloud backup is preserved for when you return.
- The Season Pass needs no cancelling — it ends by itself.
Refunds
- Annual plan: 14-day money-back guarantee — if it's not for you, email contact@lappersnapper.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Other cases: refunds are handled by Apple and Google's own processes (reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google Play's order history). Stuck? Email us and we'll help.
