Transferring ownership of your Team
Last updated 20 days ago
There's no in-app way to hand your Team to someone else yet — transferring ownership today means contacting support directly.
Why there's no self-serve option
An owner can't simply reassign their team to another driver or coach from Team Settings. Ownership carries billing, so it isn't a toggle we can safely automate yet.
How to start a transfer
- Open Team Settings → Danger Zone and tap Transfer ownership.
- This opens a request to our support team rather than completing the transfer on the spot.
- We'll follow up by email to verify who you are and who the new owner will be, then handle the transfer manually on our end.
What to expect
This isn't instant. Because it's a manual process, plan for some back-and-forth with support rather than a same-day handoff. Have the new owner's account details ready when you reach out — it'll speed things along.
An owner can't leave their own team the way a coach or driver can — transferring ownership, or archiving the team, is the only way to step away. See Archiving or deleting your Team if you're considering that instead.
