Creating a Team account

A Team account starts at the same place as every account — but one choice you make at signup sets it apart for good.

Steps

1. At signup, you'll hit the How will you use LapperSnapper? prompt — choose Team.
2. Name your team.
3. Pick a discipline: Kart, Car, Moto, or Other.

That's it — you're in, as the team's first owner.

This choice is permanent

Once you choose Team, the account is a Team account for good. There's no setting to convert it to a Driver account later, and no way to turn a Driver account into a Team account either — the two are separate account kinds from the moment they're created, enforced on our servers, not just in the app. Choose carefully.
