Log your tire pressures

In LapperSnapper 1.6.0, a Tire check keeps a session's pressures, temperatures, and wear notes together. You can log a cold check before a run and a hot check when you come in.

Add a tire check

1. Open a session and tap Setup. Find Tire check below the conditions and setup sections.
2. Tap + (Add tire check), or tap an existing reading to edit it.
3. Choose Cold or Hot.
4. Enter pressures in the cards around the vehicle drawing. Karts and cars show FL, FR, RL, and RR; motorcycles normally show Front and Rear.
5. Add temperatures, wear notes, or a Note (optional) if you want, then tap Save. Fields can stay blank; a check can contain wear notes without any pressure readings.

Add temperatures

• Kart: enter one Temp for each tire.
• Car or Other: use the three-point fields under Tire temps for each tire: I (Inner), M (Middle), and O (Outer).
• Motorcycle: enter three points for each Front or Rear tire: L (Left), C (Centre), and R (Right).

The layout follows the vehicle assigned to the session. If an older motorcycle reading contains four corners, the app keeps those values visible rather than hiding them.

Choose Settings → Units of Measure → Pressure units for bar or psi, and Temperature units for °C or °F.

Read it back

• Latest reading puts the readings around the vehicle drawing and shows pressure differences from the average (vs avg).
• When at least two tires have temperatures, their shading compares them with the other tires in that reading. A three-point tire uses the average of its recorded points. The shading is a comparison, not a recommended temperature or a good/bad verdict.
• Find earlier checks under History. Tap one to edit it. Delete reading also removes its wear notes and photos from the check and cannot be undone.

Wear, photos, and tire sets

Tap a tire's Wear control to record what you saw, and use Add photo to attach a tread photo. See Log tire wear and photos.

On Team sessions, editing follows your session permissions. A read-only or demo session has no add, edit, or delete controls. Assign the session to the correct vehicle first so comparisons stay with the right machine; see Assign sessions to a vehicle.
